Adult Fitness Training at Marietta Performance Training are designed to help you move better and feel healthy, in ways that you can only imagine. Each program is modified for your training level. Our program and our community will motivate and encourage you. Remember, Marietta Performance Training is not just for athletes! Half of our community are adults.
Adult fitness sessions are available throughout the early mornings and evenings. We have a few options to choose from. Each program is led from start to finish by a coach who will serve as your guide and motivation throughout the hour. The session begins with quality dynamic movement with an emphasis on activating your muscles using stretching muscle activation techniques. A dynamic warmup is usually followed by strength work, then we move into metabolic circuits incorporating total body movements to ensure well-rounded overall strength is being developed. Besides our metabolic circuits, you will always be challenged with heart-healthy conditioning which can be anything from pushing sleds, to rowing machine, to treadmill runs.
At Marietta Performance Training, we design and coach well-rounded programs to ensure health and longevity for our adult clients and athletes alike. What started offering "Done for You" programming when Marietta Performance Training shut down at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, this option has works well for those who enjoy following instructions and for those with tight schedules. Even though our doors are now open, we will continue to provide this popular option. You get a MPT's workouts at home with live video access to predesigned programs led by our trainers with necessary modifications and progressions. Choose at home options with minimal equipment required, or programs that you can perform at your gym of choice.
