Training Schedule

At ATL Jump Lab, we believe the best results come from consistent, year-round training. That's why our recommended program is built around a 5-day-per-week training system, giving athletes the structure needed to continually improve their speed, strength, power, and jumping technique.

We understand that every athlete's schedule is different. School, travel, traffic, and family commitments can make it difficult to attend every in-person session—especially in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Our system is designed with that in mind.

Athletes have the flexibility to combine coach-led training sessions with independent workouts that follow the same ATL Jump Lab training system. Whether you're training with us in person or completing workouts on your own, every session is part of a progressive plan designed to help you reach your full potential.

Our Recommended 5-Day Performance System

Our complete training system consists of:

  • Three days of event-specific training, focusing on sprint development, jump technique, approach work, plyometrics, mobility, and competition preparation.

  • Two days of structured strength and power training, designed to build the explosive force, stability, and durability required for elite horizontal jump performance.

The two weekly strength sessions can be completed in one of two ways:

  • In person at our home training facility, Marietta Performance Training, located in the 30068 area.

  • Remotely through our guided online strength program, which includes detailed workout videos, exercise demonstrations, and scheduled virtual or in-person check-ins. This allows our coaches to monitor technique, evaluate progress, adjust training loads, and ensure athletes continue progressing even when they can't make it to the gym.

This hybrid coaching model allows athletes throughout the Atlanta area—and beyond—to receive the same structured, high-quality training regardless of location.

Training Locations

Our athletes train at two primary locations:

Private Training Facility
Dekalb County, Georgia (30345)

Marietta Performance Training
Marietta, Georgia (30068)

These locations provide athletes with access to specialized coaching, quality training environments, and the equipment needed to develop into complete jumpers.

Built for Real Life

We know that life doesn't always fit a perfect training schedule. Whether you live across town, have a busy school schedule, or travel frequently for competitions, the ATL Jump Lab System is designed to keep you progressing.

By combining expert coaching, individualized programming, and consistent accountability, our athletes receive the guidance they need both on and off the runway. No matter where you train, you'll follow the same proven system developed through more than 40 years of combined coaching experience—a system built to develop stronger, faster, more confident athletes who are prepared to perform at their best when it matters most.
