Our Training System
At ATL Jump Lab, we believe exceptional jumpers aren't born—they're developed through consistent training, expert coaching, and a proven system.
Our athletes train three days per week using a comprehensive program designed specifically for the demands of the long jump and triple jump. Every session has a purpose, combining technical instruction, sprint development, explosive power, strength training, mobility, and recovery into one complete athlete development system.
Our strength training program isn't built from trends or social media workouts. It's the result of more than 40 years of combined coaching and competitive experience, refined through years of working with athletes at every level. We've experienced the successes, learned from the setbacks, and continually evolved our methods to produce stronger, faster, and more technically efficient jumpers.
