Marietta Performance Training (MPT) is becoming a leader both locally and  nationally in the world of sports performance. Although we represent the smaller sector of Sports Performance Training, MPT offers up to date training methods that build a solid athletic foundation for our clients while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Unlike other facilities, young athletes at MPT are coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave. Our training methods are consistent, well planned, progressive. Every group is led by a coach through proper stretching and warm-up and then taken through the entire program by a team of coaches.

Our unique programs includes instruction in mobility training, static flexibility, linear and lateral techniques, for speed and agility, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning, and explosive training techniques.

Over time, workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been made. Our experienced coaching staff ensures proper progression from session to session. week to week, month to month, and year by year.
